In the year 1998, Sameer Nafde was invited by KannadKoota, New York for celebrating Kannada Mahotsava. He was there for three months to perform at various music concerts and conducted table workshops. Kannadkoota is an international organization of people of Kannada origin living outside India
Ms. Shivangi Dake and Ms. Nilakshi Khandkar, Students of Nirzar are the recipients of ICCR Scholarship in the year 2000 under the scheme of Department of Culture of Central Government both in senior and Junior group respectively.
Nirzari Ms. Shivangi Dake stood first in senior group and Ms. Ruta Vakil stood first in junior group in all India Dance Competition organized by Samskar Bharti in year 1992 at Hydarabad Students of Nirzar performed in Nrtyotsav of ShilpGram, Khajooraho(a project of South Central Zone Cultural Center) for 10 days in the year 1999.
In January 2001 Nirzar students Ms. Shivangi Dake was 1st in All India Dance Competiton held at Bhilai.
Ms. Ruhi Masodkar was invited in ‘Baal Atithi’ – a program of interview cum Dance performance by Nagpur Doordarshan, Telecasted twice in the year 2001
Ms. Manjusha Sonbarse was honored by the title “Nritya Shree” by Katni Kendra in year 2002
Ms. Shivangi Dake has got 2nd position for her performance in national dance competition Dhamtari in hte year 2002 and Ms. Indrayani acchieved 2nd Position in junior group.
Ms. Manjusha Sonbarse achieved 1st position in ‘Unifest 2003’
In the ‘Unifest 2002’ Ms. Shivanfi got 1st postion in senior group
Performance of Ms. Shivangi Dake and Ms. Manjusha Sonbarse was telecasted on Nagpur Doordarshan in the year 2002. Students of Nirzar are a common feature in performing in major festivals in the region.
