Several events and activitis have also been organized by Nirzar to primarily increase awareness and also to help fund its activities. Several workshops have been conducted for traditional dances, dramas, music, terracotta, puppet creation and many other diverse and endangered forms of art. A wide range of experts have been associated with Nirzar in order to make these workshops successful. They have been very successful and were appreciated all round both, critically and by those just interested. A major show and workshop has also been conducted in New Jersey, Ney York and Cleveland in United States in 1998 as part of Nirzar’s most successful endeavors.
“Trividha” festival featured – Akhilesh Sapre (Sitar), Vinod Vakhare(Vocal), Radhika Umedkar (Vichitra Veena) and Pt. Rajendra Gandani (Kathak). All the student who attended as well as art lovers of Nagpur were thrilled by “Trividha”
This Kathak Dance performance was a follow-up of the 3-day workshop. Ms. Shama Bhate along with have disciples – Ms. Kaveri Agashe and Ms Manasi Tapikar regaled a full house of art lovers. 60 students has attended the workshop earlier, this performance was a practical demostration of DO’s and Don’t of a professional performance.
Ustad Zakir Hussein’s Tabla and Pt. Siva Mani’s drum gave the 10,000 plus, a truely ecstatic two and half, The duet of Tabla and Drum masters played sensational stuff.
Goa Kala Academy invited troup of Nirzar Kala Sansthan to perform in and around Goa, Nirzar performed at 5 places – twice in Goa Kala Academy & in Fonda. Students of Nirzar were well appreciated by all art critics of Goa.

Handicraft corporation of Maharashtra has organised a all India hadicraft exhibition. for a week at Kasturchand Park. In the evining Nirzar Has presented folk dances of all the states daily in the evining program to show the speciallity of all states to the invited audiance..
A three day festival was organised by Nirzar to commemorate its completion of 25 years of Hard work and devoted services towards Art & Culture.The happiest part of this celebration was Dr. Sadhana Nafde was put to life again after a severe brain hammaraige and was recovered fully out from a coma of one year, on this occasion we felicitate all team of Doctors who were instrumental for her recovery.Last day of this three day festival was a mesmerising performance – a legend in Kathak Pt. Rajendra Gangani, Panditji gifted an enthusiastic performance for almost 3 hours Dedicated to Dr. Sadhana Nafde for her comeback.
